This is a wonderful light dip for fruit or use it in a parfait. COCONUT DIP 1-1/2 cups low-fat vanilla bean yogurt 2 tablespoons flaked coconut 2 tablespoons orange marmalade DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with fruit. Use in a parfait. I layered huckleberries, strawberries and granola. Drizzled caramel on top.
