This fruit is a combination of a grapefruit, orange, and tangerine

UGLI WITH COARSE SUGAR AND SEA SALT
Cut the UGLI in half. Slice a small piece off the bottom so it will sit flat if needed

Slice around each segment

Sprinkle each half with 1/2 tablespoon coarse sugar and a pinch of coarse sea salt

I have never seen my husband enjoy a fruit more than this one.
I had an adventurous vacation in Jamaica years ago in the mid 1980′s. I will never forget the beauty of the Island even though I was robbed in my hotel room while I was sleeping. We were in a cottage on the canal and the hotel moved us to a beach front room.
