Fudgy Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup S’mores

homemade or soft chocolate chip cookies from the bakery

fudge ice cream topping

Reese’s peanut butter cups

marshmallows

Spread the fudge topping on a cookie.

Roast marshmallow.

Place Reese’s peanut butter cup on top of the fudgy layer and top with roasted marshmallow.

Place another soft chocolate chip cookie on top and you have the ultimate S’more!

S’more Stuff

I made a S’more buffet.  Everyone could choose a different flavor marshmallow to roast and a variety of chocolates.  Ghirardelli squares are perfect because of their size and so many choices.  We had strawberry marshmallow’s and toasted coconut marshmallow’s.  You could make a traditional s’more with Hershey’s and graham crackers or build you own masterpiece.
