(Horns with Cheese Butter)


 Hoorntjes Met Kaasboter


1/4 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup Gouda cheese, grated


sliced dried beef



Combine softened butter and grated Gouda cheese until creamy.  Add a little pepper.  Place a spoonful on a slice of dried beef.  Roll up into a shape of a little horn.

Note: Dried beef can be found at your local Dutch Deli or in the canned meat section of your market.
