White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ritz crackers with peanut butter in the center and dipped in white chocolate

A favorite family recipe


Ritz crackers

creamy peanut butter

white chocolate candy melts

chocolate or colored candy melts, to drizzle


Spread at least 1 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter on 1 Ritz cracker and cover with another cracker.  Dip into melted white chocolate. Place on wax paper to set. Once white chocolate is set, drizzle with melted chocolate or colored candy melts.  Allow to set before serving.

To melt candy melts in the microwave, stir every 15 seconds until smooth. For a larger batch of cookies use a double boiler.

Double Boiler Instructions


Spread creamy peanut butter on the Ritz cracker and cover with another cracker

melt white chocolate for dipping

melt in microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth or in a double boiler

Dip completely into the melted white chocolate, use a fork if you don’t have a dipping tool

let the excess white chocolate drip off

place on wax paper to set

drizzle with melted chocolate or colored candy melts

The combination of white chocolate, peanut butter and crackers makes this cookie…

simply irresistible!
