White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ritz crackers with peanut butter in the center and dipped in white chocolate

WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Ritz crackers
creamy peanut butter
white chocolate candy melts
chocolate or colored candy melts, to drizzle
DIRECTIONS
Spread at least 1 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter on 1 Ritz cracker and cover with another cracker. Dip into melted white chocolate. Place on wax paper to set. Once white chocolate is set, drizzle with melted chocolate or colored candy melts. Allow to set before serving.
To melt candy melts in the microwave, stir every 15 seconds until smooth. For a larger batch of cookies use a double boiler.

let the excess white chocolate drip off
