Campbell’s Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast
I love to make this when I have little time, but want a hearty meal for my husband to enjoy later in the day
Savory Pot Roast
1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 envelope (about 1-3/8 oz) dry onion soup and recipe mix
6 small red potatoes, cut in half
3 cups cut carrots, 2-inch pieces
3 to 3-1/2 pound boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast
Mix the mushroom soup and dry onion soup together. Stir in potatoes and carrots. Place in the bottom of the crock pot. Add the beef and turn to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
Stir in potatoes and carrots
Place coated veggies in the bottom of the crock pot. Add the beef on top and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
The combined soups turn into a delicious gravy
