Chicken Salad On A Flaky Croissant

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
leaf lettuce
tomato slices
croissants
whole baby sweet pickles
dijon mustard, optional
DIRECTIONS
Stir the soup, mayonnaise and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken, celery and onion and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the croissant. Add leaf lettuce and tomato slices. Spread on mustard if desired. Insert a sweet pickle skewer.

Stir the soup, mayonnaise and black pepper together. Add the chicken, celery and onion and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Slice croissant and spoon on chicken salad and add the tomato slices and leaf lettuce. Add your favorite mustard, if desired.

Stick in a sweet pickle skewer
